Customers

Field employees can also access the customers through the app. To open the Customers dashboard, tap the 3 lines at the top left of the screen and select Customers.

You can search for a customer or just pick the one’s on the list.

The filed employee can also add a new customer by tapping the + (plus) button at eh top right of the screen.

Customer Details

Once you have selected a customer you’ll be able to see the customer details, such as Service Location, Billing Address and Notes.

If you want to update and get the latest History of a specific customer, tap Get History and this will allow the app to manually pull data’s from the server.

Tap the customer address to see where and how far that customer to you, Google maps will automatically open.

Tap the Customers phone # and it will give you an option to Call or Send an SMS.

Update Customer Billing Address

Field employees can also update the billing address of a customer if needed. Tap the pencil button at the top right of the screen.

To view the Billing address of the customer you need to tap the expander at the right side of the screen.

You can then change the billing address and to finalize the process tap the check button at the top right of the screen.

Estimate History

Inside the customer’s overview, field employees can view the history of the estimate by tapping Estimates.

Once you have selected Estimates, a list or the history of estimate for that customer will be shown.

You can search or select from the list and the field employee can view, edit or send that estimate via email.

To add a new estimate, tap the + (plus) button at the top right of the screen.

Job History

To view the job history or the scheduled jobs for a customer, tap Jobs.

After tapping Jobs, a list of created jobs for the customer will be listed with their status.

Select a job on the list to view its details or to do/start the job.

To create a new job, tap the + (plus) button at the top right of the screen.

Invoices History

To view Invoices history that has been created for a customer, tap Invoices.

List of Invoices that has been created for the customer and the status of the invoice will show.

Select the invoice to view its details or to complete the process for that invoice such as payment or Signature for the customer.

The invoice can also be edited or send via email.

To add new Invoice, tap the + (plus) button at the top right of the screen.

Equipment

To view the equipment for the customer, tap Equipment.

After tapping Equipment, a list of equipment for that customer will be listed. Tap or select the equipment to edit it.

You can also add a new equipment by tapping the + (plus) button at the top right of the screen.

Attachments

Attachment for a customer such as picture can access by tapping attachments.

Notes

To view notes for the customer, tap Notes.

To create notes for the customer tap the + (plus) button at the top right of the screen.
