Manage Customer Profiles

Edit the Customer Profile

To edit the customer’s information, click the Edit Contact button at the upper right-hand corner of the customer’s address book page.

This will open the edit customer page. Update the information that needs to be updated. Save the revisions.

Deactivate a Customer

To deactivate a customer, open the profile in edit mode. At the lower left-hand corner of the page click Make Inactive.

Confirm the action and Save the profile.

The customer will be moved to the Inactive list.

Activate a Customer

To activate a customer, go to the inactive customers’ list. Select the customer and open the profile in edit mode. At the lower left-hand corner of the page, click Make Active.

Confirm the action and Save the profile.

The customer will be moved to the Active list.
