Mobile App Settings

Mobile app access and licenses are provided to field employees. The login credentials and permissions are set up for each field employee on the add or edit field employee page. The settings for the app are set up on the Mobile App settings page.

To set up your Mobile Application settings, go to Settings > Mobile App.

A. General Settings

    1. Sync Data with Mobile App – Set the sync frequency in minutes.
    2. Can Driver Edit Sync Interval – Tick the checkbox if the action will be allowed. Uncheck if the action will not be allowed.
    3. Download Data to Mobile App with Full Sync – set this in days.
    4. Default Screen – Select which of the options from the drop-down will be the default login screen of the mobile units.

    5. Can Field Employee Edit Default Page – Tick the checkbox if the action will be allowed. Uncheck if the action will not be allowed.
    6. Sync Images only on WiFi 
    7. Can Field Employee Add Timesheet Entries – Tick the checkbox if the action will be allowed. Uncheck if the action will not be allowed.
    8. Can Field Employee Edit Timesheet Entries – Tick the checkbox if the action will be allowed. Uncheck if the action will not be allowed.
    9. Alert Office User of any Closed Records – Set this in the number of hours that record has been closed. 
    10. Alert Office User of any Open Records – Set this in the number of hours that record has been closed.

B. SnowPlow Settings

    1. Customer Search Radius – Set this in miles.
    2. Can Driver Edit Radius – Tick the checkbox if the action will be allowed. Uncheck if the action will not be allowed.

C. Estimate Settings

    1. Sync Way – Select either one-way or two-way sync for the estimates 
    2. Sync Period – Select either a weekly, monthly or per payroll period sync schedule for the estimates

D. Invoice Settings

    1. Sync Way – Select either one-way or two-way sync for the invoices
    2. Sync Period – Select either a weekly, monthly or per payroll period sync schedule for the invoices
