Under the Inventory setting, we created inventory, non-inventory, services, equipment, and assembly items and set selling prices for them. Under Pricebook, take your business a step further by creating special prices for member customers and premium assemblies. PriceBooks are for use in estimating and invoicing.
To set up your PriceBook, go to Settings > PriceBooks.
The first step in setting up PriceBooks is creating the structure by adding the Categories and Subcategories. Once these have been created, fill them up with items – such as assemblies with markups and subscription discounts.
To use PriceBooks for Estimation and Invoicing, make sure that the Company Settings are set to Estimate using PriceBooks.
