Report Scheduling

With IndusTrack, you can set up automatic reports and send them to your team at a scheduled time. Follow these steps to easily manage report scheduling.

How to Access a Report Schedule

  1. Go to Settings > Reports > Schedule.

Understanding the Report Schedule Page

The Report Schedule Table lists all scheduled reports with the following details:

  • Report Type – The type of report being generated.
  • Frequency – How often the report is sent.
  • Format – The file type of the report.
  • Email(s) – Team members who will receive the report.
  • Options Menu (⋮) – Edit or delete the schedule.

Sorting the List

Click a column header to sort reports by type, frequency, or other details.

Adjusting List View

  • Choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 reports per page.
  • Use Previous and Next to navigate between pages.

Managing Schedules

  • Click Actions to Add or Delete a schedule.
  • Use the 3-dot Menu (⋮) next to a report to edit or delete it.

How to Set Up a Report Schedule

  1. Go to Settings > Reports > Schedule.
  2. Click the Actions button and select + Add New.
  3. In the Report Scheduler window:
    • Choose the Report Type from the drop-down list.
    • Select the Employees, Vehicles, or Inventory Items to include (if applicable).
      • No additional options are required for the financial reports.
    • Set how often the report should be generated (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
    • If choosing Daily, decide if reports should be sent on weekends.
    • Choose the report format (default is PDF).
    • Select the recipients (must have email enabled in the system).
      • Note that the office users will only receive the report if they have email integrated with their account.
  4. Click Save to enable the schedule.

Editing or Deleting a Report Schedule

To Edit:

  1. Find the report in the list.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) and select Edit.
  3. Make changes and click Save.

To Delete:

  1. Find the report in the list.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu (⋮) and select Delete.
  3. Confirm by clicking Yes.
