Set Up Quickbooks Integration

Double data entry can be a time consuming and frustrating process. In IndusTrack, you don’t have to enter data more than once with its easy integration with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.  

To access the QuickBooks Integration page, click the Profile icon from the and select Settings. From the left navigation of the Settings page, click on QuickBooks. This will expand to  2 sections: QB Desktop Sync and QB Online Connect.

Quickbooks Desktop Sync

A. Go to Quickbooks > QB Desktop Sync

B. Download the Onetrack QB Sync Monitor Installation App

  1. Click the Download button. Follow the directions to download and install the application to your desktop computer.
  2. Once the application is installed, you will be prompted to log in to Industrack.
  3. Once logged, set up the items to sync.

C. Set Up Items to Sync

  1. Click the toggle switch of the item to sync to ON (green). You can select either Customers, Inventory, Invoices or all of them. 
  2. Select your preferred sync ways:
    • Two ways
    • One way – if this is preferred, select the Sync Direction, either Quickbooks to Interact or the other way.  

D. Set Up Sync Mode

  1. Switch on the Automated Sync Mode.
  2. Select the sync frequency. The options are 5, 10, or 15 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day

E. Save the setup.

Quickbooks Online Connect

A. Go to Quickbooks > QB Online Connect.

B. Sync IndusTrack and Quickbooks Online

  1. Click Connect
  2. Sign in to your Quickbooks Online Account. Follow the online instructions as these come up.
  3. Your data will be transferred from Quickbooks to Industrack.
  4. Once the data is synced you will be able to use the system.

C. Set up Items to Sync

  1. Click the toggle switch of the item to sync to ON (green). You can select either Customers, Inventory, Invoices or all of them. 
  2. Select your preferred sync ways:
    • Two ways
    • One way – if this is preferred, select the Sync Direction, either Quickbooks to Interact or the other way.  
  3. You can also choose to select to Accept Quickbooks Payments.

D. Set up Sync Mode

  1. Switch on the Automated Sync Mode.
  2. Select the sync frequency. The options are 5, 10, or 15 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day

E. Save the setup.
