Customer Profile: Manage Contracts

The Contracts Tab in a customer’s profile shows all Service Agreements and Memberships created for that customer.

You can use this page to:

  • View all agreements and memberships.
  • Check the status and progress of each one.
  • Once a Service Agreement Estimate is assigned to a customer, it will show up under the customer’s Contract tab.

Two Sections in the Contracts Tab:

  1. Upcoming Services (this opens by default)
    • Shows upcoming jobs or tasks included in memberships.
  2. Contracts List
    • Displays all agreements and memberships for the customer.

Creating a New Agreement or Membership

  • Click the Add New button to create a new contract.

After saving, it will show up in the list with key details like:

  • Job templates or service types included
  • Start and end dates
  • Description of the contract or plan

Managing Contracts

  • Click the 3-dot menu next to a contract to:
    • Edit the contract
    • Delete it
    • View its status report
  • Click any column header (like name or date) to sort the list.
  • Use the Filter Bar to quickly find specific agreements or memberships.

Upcoming Services

Once a Service Agreement is created:

  • The related jobs and tasks (with specific recurring schedules) will automatically appear under Upcoming Services.
  • When the due date arrives, you can easily schedule a job from this list.
