Customer Profile: Manage Invoices

The Invoices tab in the customer’s profile works just like the main Invoices module, but it only shows invoices for that one customer.

View Customer Invoices

This tab shows a list of all invoices created for the customer.

  • Search for a specific invoice using the search bar.
  • Filter the list by invoice status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).
  • Select a date range to view invoices from a specific time period.

Each invoice in the list shows:

  • Invoice number
  • Estimate number
  • Job number
  • Creation date
  • Due date
  • Status (Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue)
  • Total amount and balance due

Note: If the balance is lower than the total, a partial or full payment has been made.

Manage Invoices

To take action on an invoice, click the three-dot menu next to it.
From there, you can choose different options to manage the invoice (e.g., view, edit, or delete).

Create a New Invoice

To make a new invoice for the customer:

  1. Click the Create New Invoice button.
  2. The customer’s name and location will be auto-filled.
    • If there are multiple service locations, choose the correct one.
  3. Click Proceed and fill out the invoice details.
