Import Flat Rate Pricebook
Pre-Conditions:
- Use the official Flat Rate Pricebook Excel template.
- Make sure the following columns are included:
Pricebook ID, Parent ID, Name, and Pricebook Item Type – these are required for a successful import. - Do not include duplicate rows. If you do, they will be imported as separate items.
- Check for errors or incorrect data in the file before uploading. We won’t be able to validate every record, especially if there are thousands.
If any issues are found, confirm with the customer whether to import as-is or fix the data first. - Delete the header row (column names) before uploading. Keeping the headers will cause the import to fail.
