Template Settings: Invoice Template
When you send or print an invoice from IndusTrack, it uses a default design called an Invoice Template. You can customize this template to match your company’s style and preferences.
Where to Edit the Invoice Template
- Go to Settings
- Click on Templates
- Select Invoice Template

Customizing the Invoice Template
You can easily update your invoice design using the Invoice Template Builder. This includes adding your logo, choosing colors, and selecting which details to show.
Important: Changes to the template will only apply to new invoices. Existing ones will stay the same.
1. Color Scheme
Choose a color scheme for your invoice.
- The default is white.
- Pick a new color from the options provided.

2. Style
Select the layout or design of your invoice.
- Default style is Classic
- You can also choose Modern, Fresh, or Bold

3. Preview
As you make changes to the style or color, you’ll see them appear in the Preview section in real-time.

4. Header Section
This is the top part of your invoice. It includes:
- Company Logo, Address & Email
Pulled from your Company Settings. - Invoice #
This is the placeholder for the Invoice Number. - Billing Details
Pulled automatically from your client’s contact info. - Service Location
Also pulled from client information. - Date
The date the invoice is created. - Amount Due
Total amount need to be paid. - Due Date
Based on the payment terms set. - Description
A short summary of the invoice.
To update your company info (name, logo, address, etc.), click “Click to edit Customer Info.

5. Invoice Body
This is where you set up what appears in the main section of your invoice:
- Parts, Services, Assemblies, Equipment, and Labor
- Totals, Subtotals, Discounts, Taxes, and Notes
You can choose which columns to show or hide.
Just check or uncheck the boxes next to each column name.
Click Save when done.
