Map
The Map feature in IndusTrack helps office staff see where technicians are in real time. It makes it easier to plan routes, manage schedules, and give customers accurate updates.
With the live map, you don’t have to guess where your team is—it’s all right there.
What the Map Does
- Real-Time Location: See where each technician and vehicle is right now. This helps track progress and avoid delays.
- Quick Customer Updates: Know exactly when a technician will arrive so you can give customers accurate info.
- Full Technician Info: Get details like job status and technician location on one screen.
- Traffic and Travel Details: See traffic conditions and travel times. Keep customers informed if anything changes.
How to Use the Map
- Opening the Map: You can make the Map your default screen in IndusTrack. If it’s not, just click Map in the Module Header.
- Can’t See the Map? If the Map is grayed out or missing, you might not have permission to view it. Ask your system admin to give you “View” access for the Map module.
