Mobile Forms

🔓 Accessing Forms

  1. Tap the menu icon (three bars) in the top-left corner.
  2. Select Forms from the menu.

📝 Selecting Form

You’ll see a list of available forms. Tap the form you want to use.



📝 Fill out the fields

Enter required information like:

  • Job Name
  • Address
  • Date

Some fields may have sliders (e.g., for Time, etc.). Tap the slider to enable those fields.


📅 Setting a Date

  1. Tap the date box to open the calendar.
  2. Select the desired date.
  3. Tap OK when done.

🖼️ Adding an Image

  1. Tap Add Image.
  2. Select an image from your gallery or take a new photo using your camera.

You will notice that the image is now displayed below the Add Image. To change the image, tap Add Image again.


    ✍️ Adding a Signature

    • Tap the Sign button.

      ✍️ Adding a Signature

      1. Have the customer sign using their finger or stylus.
      2. Tap Clear to erase the signature, or Save to keep it.

      💾 Saving or Submitting the Form

      • Tap Save to keep the form on your device (you can edit it later).
      • Tap Submit to send it to the server (you cannot edit it afterward).
      • Tap Mail to email the form.

      📂 Viewing Form History

      Go to the History tab to see:

      • All Saved or Submitted forms.
      • Note: Submitted forms cannot be edited.
