Mobile Purchase Orders

Accessing Purchase Orders

  1. Tap the menu icon (three bars) in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap Purchase Orders to see all existing POs.



Purchase Order

  • Select a PO to view or edit it.

Add Items to a Purchase Order

After clicking an existing purchase order, it will show you the list of all items that were added to the purchase order.

  • Tap the Plus (+) icon.

Add Items to a Purchase Order

After clicking on the Plus Icon, it will redirect you to this page where you will be able to see the inventory items list.

  1. Search for items or scan their barcode.
  2. Set the quantity and turn on the toggle.
  3. Go back to the item list — your new items will be added.

Receiving Items

  • Swipe left on an item for options.

Options include:

  • Receive Item – Mark it as received.
  • Add to job– This will add the item to the jobs item list. This option is only available if the existing purchase order is attached to a job.
  • Delete – Remove the item from the PO.

Receive All Items:
Go to the Receive Items tab and either:

  • Scan QR/Barcodes, or
  • Enter item codes manually.
