    • If a timesheet job is ended in mobile app and its total duration exceeds the allowed timesheet duration, it will be marked as conflicted in OneTrack.
  2. Scheduled Job Duration Exceeded
    • If a scheduled job is ended in mobile app and its duration exceeds the allowed timesheet duration, the record will be flagged as conflicted in OneTrack.
  3. Scheduled Job Still Active
    • If a scheduled job remains active beyond the permitted timesheet duration, it will appear as a conflicted record in OneTrack.
  4. Timesheet Job Still Active
    • If a timesheet job remains active beyond the allowed timesheet duration, it will be treated as a conflicted record in OneTrack.

  6. Crew Member Removed in OT
    • If a crew member is removed from a job in mobile app, but that same job was started and ended by the crew member in mobile app, a conflict will appear in the timesheet record for the removed employee after syncing.
  7. If an overlapping timesheet record of same type is being generated by the system. In OT it will be marked as a conflicted record.
