Setting Timesheet as Default Home Page

Timesheet is the default page of the Industrack Mobile App. But, in the event it is not, click the three-bar icon in the upper left corner and select Timesheet.


Tap on settings to open up the settings page.


On the settings screen, find the Default Screen line and select Timesheet from the dropdown.


Using for Timesheet

Start your shift by tapping the Start Shift button. This will start your timecard and begin tracking your shift time.


If your Company provides barcodes on Work Orders, you can use the Scan Icon to scan the barcode and the job will automatically start.


  1. To select the job you are working on, click on the [Job Number] Customer: Address field to choose from the list of Jobs.
  2. A list of jobs will show up, select one and click done.

You can also click on the Search icon so you can search using the customer name. The Nearest Job site from your location will be listed on the top.


  1. Clicking the Cost Code will show the list of Codes that you may need. If necessary, select one.
  2. Hit Start Job when you are ready.


After you hit on Start Job, this will start the job and track your job time.


Start Break

If you need to take a break, tap on the Start Break button


If you need to make notes, tap on the Notes Icon type your notes into the pop-up, and hit Ok. These notes will be added to the Job Report in Industrack Web.


End Job

When you have completed your work on the job, tap the End Job button to close your time record for the job. Your shift will still be active.


End Shift or Break

While you are currently on break, the End Break button is visible. If you are ready to get back to work, just tap on End Break. You can also tap on End Shift if you are done for the day.


Always make sure you sync so that the data will be sent to the office and you get paid accordingly.


View Timesheet

To view your timesheet, tap on the View Timesheet button and it will take you to the View Timesheet page.


On the View Timesheet Page, you can see here all of your timesheet entries based on the filtered start and end date.

You can also change the start date and end date for timesheet entries.

You are allowed to add, delete, or edit depending on the access provided by the admin. 

To add a new time entry, tap on the + Icon.

When access is provided, tap on any time entries to edit.

If you do not need to edit anything and have finalized everything, hit Submit.


After tapping on a select time entry, you will be directed to the Manage Timesheet Page.

Select Day will auto-populate today’s date but you can also select which day for your time entries you like to manage.

From here, swipe left to edit or delete a time entry.

Tap on delete to remove the time entry.

Edit – this will let you edit your time entry type ( Shift, Job, Break), Start and End Time, Customer or Job, Cost Code, and Date.
