Portal Access Settings

You can turn on the Client Portal to give your customers access to their account.

How to Enable the Client Portal

  • Go to Settings > Client > Portal Access Settings.
  • Turn the Client Portal switch ON.
  • After turning it on, you’ll see a Direct Link to the Client Portal login page.
    • This is the link your customers will use to log in with their Portal credentials.

Click Save to apply the changes.

Once enabled, your customers will be able to access the portal using their login link and credentials.

How to Disable the Client Portal

  • To turn off the portal, switch it OFF and click Save.
    – When disabled, all customer login credentials will stop working.
