Projects Module

Project management techniques can help your team plan, manage, and execute your work to meet your project’s requirements on time. With a project management tool, your team can organize all of the details of your work in one place, share feedback and progress, and, ultimately, collaborate more effectively.

To create and manage Projects, select Projects from the Module Headers. If the header is greyed out, you do not have any access (either view or edit) to the module.

The Projects page makes creating, viewing, and managing much easier.

Projects List

The page defaults to the Projects List, presented in table format. The Project Name and some of the order details are shown in this table.

The Purchase Orders List has 4 columns:

  • Number – The Project Number
  • Project Name – The Project’s given name.
  • Customer Name – The name of the customer the project is assigned to.
  • Completion Percentage – provides a clear and objective representation of the project’s progress. The completion percentage is calculated based on the set Start and End Date of the project.

3-dot Menu – This button contains different options.

  • Edit – Use to change or update a project.
  • Delete – Deletes the project.

Sort the Project list

Click on the column header to sort the list according to the selected category. The list can also be sorted by Project Number, Name, Customer Name, and Completion Percentage.

List Per Page

Select the number of Projects to be displayed per page. Options are 10, 25, 50, and 100. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move from one page to another (if there is more than one page).

+ Add New Button

This button is used to prepare new Projects.
