Projects Module
Use the Projects Module to plan, organize, and manage your work in one place. It helps teams stay on track, collaborate easily, and keep everything related to a project in order.
Accessing the Projects Module
Click Projects from the main menu.
⚠️ If the tab is greyed out, your user account doesn’t have permission to view or edit Projects.

Projects Page Overview
The Projects page lets you:
- View a list of all your projects
- Create new ones
- Edit or delete existing ones

Projects List
When you open the Projects page, you’ll see a list of all existing projects in a table format.
Columns in the List:
- Number – Project ID
- Project Name – Name of the project
- Customer Name – The customer linked to the project
- Completion % – Shows how much of the project is done, based on its start and end dates
Actions Menu (3 dots)
Click the 3-dot icon at the end of each row to:
- Edit – Make changes to the project
- Delete – Remove the project

Sorting Projects
Click on a column header (like Project Name or Completion %) to sort the list.
Display Options
Choose how many projects to show per page: 10, 25, 50, or 100.
Use the Previous and Next buttons to switch pages.
Add New Project
Click the + Add New button to create a new project.
