Template Settings: Proposal Templates

Estimates are created using a default template that comes pre-loaded in the system. However, you can customize this by choosing from a variety of templates to best suit your client’s needs. You can create multiple templates for different types of estimates and proposals.

IndusTrack’s templates are designed for easy setup and maintenance. Add your company logo to brand them, and take advantage of multiple customization options.

To create and manage Proposal and Estimate Templates, go to Settings > Templates > Proposal Templates.

Proposal Template Page Overview

This page displays a list of all your existing proposal templates in a table format. Here, you can create, update, or delete templates.

Proposal Template Table

The table contains these main columns:

  • Name: Displays the name of each proposal template.
  • Default: Shows “Yes” if this template is set as the default for new estimates.

Options Menu (3-dot Menu)

Clicking the three dots next to any template provides these options:

  • Edit: Make changes to the template.
  • Copy: Duplicate the template to use it as a base for a new one.
  • Delete: Remove the template.
  • Set as Default: Set this template as the default for future estimates.

Sorting and Viewing Options

  • Sort: Click the “Name” header to sort templates alphabetically.
  • Items Per Page: Choose how many templates to display per page (10, 25, 50, or 100). Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons to navigate between pages if needed.
