Summary

This release includes new archiving options, odometer and engine hour history tracking, UI improvements, and bug fixes to improve system stability and usability.

New Features

Auto-archive old job queue items – Added a setting to automatically archive job queue items older than a specified number of months.

Odometer and engine hour history – Added history tracking for both system-calculated values and user-entered corrections, including the date of each correction. (Internal)

Improvements

-Improved the visibility of employee names in OT Maps.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a QuickBooks Online integration issue where repeated non-token-related errors could disconnect the integration.
• Fixed an issue where deactivated employees with timesheet records were not included in reports when All Employees was selected.
• Fixed an issue where uploading PDF files in SnowTrack could result in “Not Found” image errors or failed uploads.
• Fixed an issue where images and files attached to customer equipment could not be viewed or downloaded.
