Vehicle Groups

Vehicle Groups let you organize your vehicles into teams—similar to how you group field employees. You can group vehicles by:

  • Type (e.g., trucks, vans)
  • Area or region
  • Team or crew
  • Purpose or function
  • Supervisor or team lead

How to Access Vehicle Groups

Go to Settings (Gear Icon) > Vehicle Tracking > Vehicle Groups.


Vehicle Groups Table

This page shows all existing vehicle groups. The table includes:

Table Features

  • Sort the list
    Click on a column header (Group Name or Vehicle Count) to sort the list.
  • Filter
    Use the filter bar to search and narrow down the list.
  • Clear Filter
    Click to reset the table and remove the filter.
  • List Per Page
    Choose how many groups to show per page: 10, 25, 50, or 100. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between pages.

Add a New Vehicle Group

  1. Click the + Add New button.
  2. In the pop-up window, enter the Vehicle Group Name (required).
  3. Assign one or more vehicles to this group.
  4. Review the group and make changes if needed.
  5. Click Save to finish. The group will be added to the table.

Update a Vehicle Group

  1. Find the group in the table and click anywhere on its row.
  2. Update the name or assigned vehicles.
  3. Click Save to apply changes.

Delete a Vehicle Group

Only delete groups that are no longer needed. Deleting a group may affect other settings or data.

  1. Tick the checkbox next to the group(s) you want to delete.
  2. To delete all groups, tick the checkbox at the top of the Name column.
  3. Click the Delete button.
  4. The group(s) will be permanently removed.
