Timesheet Settings: General Settings
Overtime Notification
To set up overtime notifications:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Timesheet
- Select General Settings
- Find the section called Overtime Notification

Daily Overtime
Enter the maximum number of regular working hours allowed per day.
If someone works more than this, it will count as overtime.
Weekly Overtime
Enter the maximum number of regular working hours allowed per week.
If someone works more than this, it will also count as overtime.
Pay Rules
Set up how and when your team gets paid.
How to Get There:
Go to Settings > Timesheet > General Settings > Pay Rules.

Set Up Your Pay Rules:
- Pay Period Type
Choose how often your team gets paid:- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- Semi-monthly
- Monthly
- Payroll Start Date
Pick the date when the new pay rules should begin. Use the calendar to select the date. - Paid Breaks
- Check the box if you want paid breaks to be included in paid time.
- Leave it unchecked if breaks are unpaid and should be subtracted from total time.
