Alerts
Set up alerts to monitor your vehicles—for example, alerts for speeding or safety events. You can apply the same alert to all vehicles or create different alerts for specific vehicle types (like cars, trucks, or snow plows).
When an alert is triggered, the system will send notifications through email or text message (SMS). A visual alert will also appear on the map.
How to Access Alerts
Go to:
Settings > Vehicle Tracking > Alerts

Vehicle Alerts Table Overview
This page shows a list of all your existing vehicle alerts in a table format.
Table Columns
- Description: The alert name or description you gave it.
- Type: The kind of alert (e.g., Speed Over, Idling, etc.).
- Color: The alert’s color when it appears on the map.
- Assigned Vehicle(s): How many vehicles this alert is applied to. Click the alert to see details.
- Email: How many email addresses will receive alert notifications. Click for the full list.
- Txt: How many phone numbers will receive text alerts. Click for the full list.
- Active: Shows if the alert is turned ON or OFF.
- Actions Icon: Click to turn alert ON/OFF, edit it, or delete it.

Table Features
- Sort the Table: Click on any column header to sort the alerts by that field (e.g., by Type or Status).
- Filter Alerts: Use the search bar to quickly find alerts. The list will update as you type.
- Clear Filter: Click this to remove the filter and show all alerts again.
- List Per Page: Choose how many alerts to show per page (25, 50, or 100). Use Next and Previous to move between pages.
Alert Actions
- + Add New: Click this button to create a new vehicle alert.
- Delete: To remove an alert, check the box next to it, then click Delete. (This button stays disabled until at least one alert is selected.)
