Fuel Receipts

Use this section to record fuel purchases for each vehicle. This helps track fuel expenses and generate accurate reports.

To access the fuel receipts:

  • Go to Settings > Vehicle Tracking > Fuel Receipts

Fuel Receipts Logs

When you open the Fuel Receipts page, you’ll see a table listing all logged fuel purchases.

What’s in the Table?

Each row is a fuel receipt. The table includes the following details:

  • Date – When the fuel was purchased
  • Driver – Who made the purchase
  • Vehicle – Vehicle that was fueled
  • IFTA Fuel Type – Type of fuel (e.g., Diesel, Gasoline)
  • IFTA Jurisdiction – Location where fuel was purchased
  • Fuel Quantity – Amount of fuel
  • Fuel Cost – Total cost of the purchase
  • Fuel Vendor – Fuel station name
  • Vendor Address – Address of the station
  • Receipt No. – Receipt reference number
  • PO Number – Purchase order number (if applicable)
  • Fuel Card Number – Card used for purchase
  • Actions – Edit or delete the receipt

Filtering Fuel Logs by Date

As more receipts are added, use the date filter to find specific entries.

Ways to Filter:

Option 1: Enter the Date Manually

  • Type a specific date or range in the date field
  • Click Apply
  • The table will update with matching entries

Option 2: Use the Date Picker

  • Click on the date field to open the calendar
  • Choose from preset options like:
    • Today
    • This Week / Last Week
    • This Month / Last Month
    • This Quarter / Last Quarter
  • Or, pick a custom date range by selecting a Start and End date
  • Click Apply to filter the table

Sorting the Table

Click on any column header to sort the list (e.g., sort by date, vehicle, or fuel cost).

List View Settings

Choose how many receipts to view per page:

  • Options: 15, 25, or 50
  • Use Previous and Next to move between pages

Actions Button

Located on the top right or within each row, this button allows you to:

  • Upload fuel receipt
  • Add fuel receipt manually
  • Set average fuel price
