Log Maintenance

Use the Log Maintenance tab to record completed vehicle services—whether they were scheduled or done unexpectedly. This helps you track maintenance history, costs, and generate accurate reports.

Accessing the Maintenance Log

Go to:
Settings > Vehicle Tracking > Maintenance & Reminders > Log Maintenance


Maintenance Log List

This page shows a table of all recorded vehicle maintenance activities. Each entry includes the following:

  • Vehicle ID/Name – Name or ID of the serviced vehicle
  • Maintenance Date – When the service was completed
  • Service Type – Type of maintenance performed
  • Vendor – Who did the service (provider)
  • Facility – Location where service was done
  • Invoice Number – Reference number for the service invoice
  • Cost – Total cost of the service

How to Use the Log

Sort Logs
Click any column header to sort the list by that column (e.g., sort by date or cost).

Filter Logs
Use the search/filter bar to quickly find specific logs. Matching entries will appear as you type.

Clear Filters
Click Clear Filter to reset the list and show all logs again.

Adjust Entries Per Page
Choose how many logs to view per page: 25, 50, or 100. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between pages if needed.


Add or Delete Logs

+ Add Log
Click this button to create a new vehicle maintenance record.

Delete
To remove a log, check the box next to it, then click Delete. (This button is disabled until you select at least one record.)
