View Field Employees

Use the Map module to quickly see where your field employees are and what they’re working on. It gives you a bird’s-eye view of your team in the field.

The map shows:

• Your vehicles
• Your field employees’ locations
• Geofences
• Jobs

How to View Employees on the Map

Your employees’ mobile phones are used to show their real-time location on the map.

To View an Employee:

1. Use the search bar to find the employee by name.
2. Or scroll through the employee list and click on a name.
3. The map will zoom in to show that employee’s location.
4. Click the employee icon on the map to open a box with more details.
   • From the pop-up, you can:
     • See where the employee is
     • Click Show Jobs to view their assigned jobs on the map

Group View:

To see employees by group:

1. Go to the Grouped tab
2. Employees will be shown based on the group they belong to

Show All Employees

To display all field employees on the map:

1. Click on the Employees overlay
2. All employee icons will appear on the map
3. Each icon shows the employee’s name below it
4. Icons are color-coded based on the employee’s current status
   • Green – On duty or working a job
   • Red – Off duty
   • Orange – On a break

Show Jobs

You can also see which jobs are assigned to an employee.

To View Jobs:

1. Click the employee icon on the map.
2. In the pop-up box, click Show Jobs.
3. All of that employee’s jobs will appear on the map.

Click any job icon to open a pop-up with:

• Job location
• Contact person
• A brief job description

New Feature: Show Jobs on the Map

You can now view a field employee’s jobs for the day directly on the map.

Just click the “Show Jobs” option, and it will display all jobs assigned to that employee for today.

This makes it easier to see their route and schedule at a glance.
