Invoices for a customer won’t sync to QuickBooks if the service location name was not entered
When you have added the service locations in IndusTrack but didn’t enter the locations names, once you will try to mark the invoices for sync, the system will prompt an error of missing service location. QuickBooks doesn’t accept service locations without a unique name.
To fix this, please add the location names to each service location in IndusTrack. Once done, mark the invoices for sync and their status will successfully change to “Marked for Sync”.
