Triggers

Created Forms can be added to a job and set a specific trigger to automatically open the form depending on the Job Status that was set with the Trigger.

 

Go to Settings > Forms Settings > Triggers.

 

 

To create a new trigger, click ACTIONS > Add New Trigger.

 

 

Choose the FORM that you want to use during the trigger.

 

Choose the Trigger Type that you want the form to automatically open when the Field Employee changes the Job Status on the App.

 

Add a Description to the trigger to easy identify what the trigger and form is all about then SAVE.

 

 

Create Task and Add Form to a Task

Go to, Settings > Scheduling > Task Templates > ACTIONS > Add New Template.

Create a Task that can be added to a job and put a Template Name. ADD NEW TASK and put a  Task Name and the a Service Type. Forms can been added at the bottom.
