Vehicle Reminder
The Vehicle Reminder tab lets you set up automatic notifications for important vehicle and driver-related tasks—like registration, license, and medical card renewals. These reminders help keep both vehicles and Field Employees (especially drivers) up to date.
Step 1: Add Required Information
Before setting up reminders, make sure the correct information is entered:
- Vehicle Registration Info:
This must be added when creating the vehicle record.
If it’s missing, the system can’t send a registration renewal reminder.

- Driver License & Medical Card Info:
This should be entered when setting up the Field Employee’s profile.
If it’s missing, the license and medical card reminders won’t work.

Step 2: Turn On Reminders
- Enable the Reminder:
- Select the office user.
- Go to the Notifications tab.
- Scroll down and click on Vehicles.
- Use the slider to turn the reminder ON. It will turn green when active.
2. Set Reminder Timing:
In the Reminder Date column, choose how many days before the due date the reminder should be sent.

3. Choose Who Gets the Reminder:
In the Options column, select which office staff or users should receive the reminder. You can select multiple users.
4. Optional – Show as Pop-up:
Turn on the Show in popup option if you want the reminder to appear as a pop-up message when users log into IndusTrack.
5. Save Your Settings:
Click the Save button to apply your changes.
What Users Will See
When assigned users log into IndusTrack, a Reminder pop-up will appear showing all upcoming reminders in one place.
