CRM

The Customer module stores all your customer information in one place. You can quickly find a customer account using the search bar by entering details from the displayed columns.

Viewing and Editing Customer Profiles

  • Click on a customer record to see their complete profile.
  • Assign or create tags from the top of the page.
  • To edit the profile, click Edit Contact in the top-right corner.

Managing Service Locations

  • The Location tab lists all service locations for the customer.
  • You can edit or delete locations as needed.
  • Create new contacts here and choose to send estimates/invoices to them.

Estimates

  • The Estimates tab shows all estimates created for the customer.
  • Filter estimates by status or date range.
  • Click the three dots () to Edit, Copy, Preview, Print, Send, or Delete an estimate.
  • Use the Actions button to mark estimates as Won or Lost or convert them into jobs or invoices.

Jobs

  • The Jobs tab lists all jobs created for a customer, including their status.
  • View jobs for a specific date range.
  • Click the three dots () to view, convert to an invoice, or view a detailed job report.

Invoices

  • The Invoices tab displays all invoices along with their status (Unpaid, Overdue, Paid).
  • Filter invoices by date range.
  • Click the three dots () for options to Edit, Copy, Preview, Send, Print, or Delete.
  • View related estimates and job reports.
  • Click Receive Payment to process payments.

Equipment

  • The Equipment tab lists all customer equipment at their service location.
  • Filter equipment by location.
  • Click the three dots () to edit, add service notes, delete, or view detailed reports on job history and notes. 

Tasks

  • Set reminders for office users.
  • Assign reminders to one or more users and notify customers if needed.

Notes

  • Find all notes under the Notes section:
    • Office Notes: Internal notes for office users.
    • Job Notes: Notes from field employees via the mobile app.
    • Site/Pinned Notes: Permanent notes attached to the customer and dispatched with jobs.

Attachments

  • Upload and access site maps, contracts, and pictures under the Attachments section.
  • Attach files when creating a job.
  • View pictures uploaded by field employees from job sites.

Messaging

  • Use the Messaging tab to send unlimited email messages to customers.
  • Messages are logged but replies cannot be received.

Service Contracts

  • The Service Contracts tab lists all upcoming services.
  • Switch to the Contract List sub-tab to see all service contracts for the customer.
  • Click Add New to create a new service agreement.
