Job Templates

Job Templates help you save time by reusing the same setup for multiple jobs. Instead of starting from scratch, just load a saved template when creating a new job. This makes documentation and reports much easier.

How to Find Job Templates

Go to:
Settings > Scheduling > Job Templates

Job Templates Page

When you open the page, you’ll see a list of all your existing job templates in a table format.
This is also where you can create, edit, or delete templates.

What You’ll See

Job Templates Table

The table shows the names of your saved job templates.

Sorting the List

Click the Name column header to sort the list A–Z or Z–A.

Show More or Fewer Items

You can choose how many templates to display per page:
15, 25, or 50 items.

Use the Previous and Next buttons to switch pages if needed.

Actions Button

Click the Actions button to:

  • Create a new template
  • Delete an existing template

Cloning a Job Template

To quickly duplicate an existing job template:

  1. Find the job you want to copy.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to it.
  3. Select Clone.

This will create a copy of the job, so you don’t have to create a similar one from scratch.

Editing a Job Template Linked to a Service Agreement

If you try to edit a job template that is already being used in a Service Agreement, a confirmation message will appear.

What You’ll See:

“The item you are trying to change is being used in Service Agreement with start date.
Changing this item will affect upcoming services related to this service agreement.
Do you want to proceed?”

You’ll have two options:

  • Yes – Your changes will be saved and will update any upcoming services linked to the agreement.
  • No – Your changes will be discarded, and the job template will remain unchanged.
