Customers
Field employees can easily view and manage customer information from the app.
🔍 Accessing Customers
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- Select Customers.

You can:
- Use the search bar to find a customer.
- Scroll through the list manually.
- Tap the ➕ (plus) icon in the top-right to add a new customer.
If a customer has multiple service locations, a list will appear. Tap the correct location to continue.

👤 Customer Details
When you open a customer profile, you’ll see:
- Service Location
- Billing Address
- Notes
📥 1. Get History
Tap Get History to download the latest estimates, invoices, and job records from the server.
🗺 3. Location
Tap the Service Location to open it in Google Maps and see the distance from your current location.

📞 Call or Text
Tap the phone number under the Billing Address to call or send a message.

✏️ Edit Customer Info
Tap the pencil icon at the top right to update the billing or service address.

🧾 Estimates
- Tap Estimates to view all past estimates for this customer.
- You can also create a new estimate from here.

🛠 Jobs
- Tap Jobs to view job history or upcoming jobs.
- You can also create a new job from this screen.

💳 Invoices
- Tap Invoices to see the customer’s full invoice history and status.
- You can also create a new invoice here.

⚙️ Equipment
- Tap Equipment to view or update the customer’s equipment list.
- You can also add new equipment here.

📎 Attachments
- View all job-related attachments like images and documents under Attachments.

📝 Notes
- Tap Notes to view notes from all of this customer’s jobs.
