Description: Office users can create Tags with the same name.  

Previous behavior: Office users can create tags that already exist.

Improved behavior: We have restricted users to creating tags that have been created already or existed.  

Description: Changing the Job Hold Reason.

Previous behavior: When changing the Job Hold Reason, the hold reason does not change in the Job History. 

Improved behavior: We have fixed this in this release, when changing the job hold reason it should also change in the Job History.
