Task Templates
Task templates simplify the setup of jobs with standard tasks, ensuring documentation and reporting are consistent. By loading a task template, you can save time and avoid setup errors, as you won’t need to enter the same details repeatedly.
Tasks Templates can be added to other Task Templates and Jobs.
Setting Up and Managing Task Templates
- Navigation: Go to Settings > Scheduling > Task Templates to view and manage your templates.
2. Task Template List: This page displays all created templates in a table format where you can create, update, or delete templates.
Task Template List/Table Columns
- Name: The name assigned to each task template.
- Task Counts: The number of tasks included in each template.
Sorting and Display Options
- Sorting: Click the “Name” header to sort the list alphabetically.
- Display Options: Choose to display 15, 25, or 50 templates per page. Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons to navigate across pages if there are multiple pages.
Actions Button
Use the “Actions” button to create a new task template or delete an existing one.
