Task templates help you quickly set up jobs by reusing common tasks. They ensure consistency in documentation and reporting while saving time and reducing setup errors.

  • Save time by avoiding repetitive data entry
  • Maintain consistency in tasks
  • Use templates within other templates and jobs

How to Access Task Templates

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Scheduling
  3. Click on Task Templates

This will open the Task Template List, where you can view and manage all templates.

Task Template List

This page shows all your task templates in a simple table format. Here, you can:

  • Create new templates
  • Update existing ones
  • Delete templates you no longer need

Table Columns

  • Name: The title of each task template
  • Task Count: The number of tasks within the template

Sorting and Viewing Options

  • Sorting: Click on the “Name” column to sort templates alphabetically.
  • Items per page: Choose to view 15, 25, or 50 templates at a time.
  • Navigation: Use the “Previous” and “Next” buttons to browse multiple pages of templates.

Actions Button

The “Actions” button allows you to:

  • Create a new task template
  • Delete an existing one
