Import Jobs

✅ Before You Begin

Make sure the Customer Addressbook and Service Locations have already been imported.

Use the Jobs Import Template. You’ll need:

  • Customer ID and Service Location ID from your previous import.
  • Job ID and Description for this import.
  • Start Time
  • End Time

Important:

  • Job ID is required. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create it.
  • Don’t include duplicate records — they will still be imported, but as separate entries.
  • Remove any bad data in Description, Start Time, and End Time columns — these can cause the import to fail.
  • Delete the column headers from the Excel file before importing.
