Import Jobs
✅ Before You Begin
Make sure the Customer Addressbook and Service Locations have already been imported.
Use the Jobs Import Template. You’ll need:
- Customer ID and Service Location ID from your previous import.
- Job ID and Description for this import.
- Start Time
- End Time
Important:
- Job ID is required. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create it.
- Don’t include duplicate records — they will still be imported, but as separate entries.
- Remove any bad data in Description, Start Time, and End Time columns — these can cause the import to fail.
- Delete the column headers from the Excel file before importing.
