💰 Late Fees in IndusTrack
IndusTrack allows you to automatically apply late fees to invoices that are not paid on time. You can choose how the fee is calculated and when it applies.
🔘 Two Types of Late Fees You Can Set:
- Flat Fee
- A fixed dollar amount is added to the overdue invoice.
- Example: Add $25 each time an invoice becomes past due.
- Percentage of Remaining Balance
- A percentage is applied to the unpaid balance of the invoice.
- Example: Apply 2% of the remaining balance as a late fee.
🕒 Grace Period Options
You can set a grace period before the late fee is applied. This gives customers extra time to pay before being charged.
Available grace periods:1, 5, 7, 14, or 30 days
Example: If a 7-day grace period is set, the late fee will apply 7 days after the invoice due date if the payment hasn’t been made.
⚙️ How to Enable Late Fees

- ⚠️ Late Fee Setting – Warning Message
