Estimates
An estimate is a proposal sent to the customer before the work begins. It shows the items, services, schedule, and expected costs for the job.
The Estimates module helps you manage and track all your estimates. You can quickly search for an estimate and check its status.
View Estimates
- Search: Use the search bar to find an estimate.
- Date Filter: Choose a specific date or time range to narrow down the job list.
- Status : Filter the list by estimate status (Draft, Sent, Viewed, Won, Scheduled/Assigned, Lost, Change Requested, Invoiced).
- Click on CLEAR FILTER to remove filters.
Managing Estimates
- To update an estimate’s status, select it and click More Actions. You can mark it as Won or Lost. You can also Delete the estimate.

- Click the three dots (•••) on the right side of an estimate to see more options:

- Edit – Make changes to an estimate.
- Copy/Clone – Create a duplicate of an estimate.
- Preview – See how the estimate will look to your customer.
- Download PDF – Save a copy of the estimate as a PDF.
- Send – Email the estimate to one or multiple recipients.
- The customer can Approve, Reject, or Request Changes directly from the email, and the status will update automatically.

6. Convert to Job – Turn an approved estimate into a job.
- If this option is greyed out, the estimate has already been scheduled.
- You can still view the related job and job report.

7. Convert to Invoice – Turn an estimate into an invoice.
- If greyed out, the estimate has already been invoiced.
- You can view the related invoice.

8. Mark as Won/Lost – Manually update the status of an estimate.
9. Mark as Draft – Save the estimate as a draft.
10. Delete – Remove the estimate.
11. View Invoice – If an estimate is invoiced, you can view the invoice.

12. View Job Report – If an estimate is scheduled, you can see job details, including notes, attachments, and tasks.

13. View Job – Open the job in edit mode to see job history and assigned employees.
