App Settings
Accessing App Settings
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal bars) in the upper-left corner.
- Select Settings.
At the top, you’ll see:
- Your account name
- Last sync time
- Modules you have permission to use
Icons in this section:
- Manual Sync (two arrows in a circle): Tap to sync your app with the server immediately.
- Logout: Sign out of the app (you’ll need to log in again to access your account).

Settings Options
Once you have tapped Settings, you will be prompted to configure some settings for the app.
Full Sync
- Updates your app with the latest data from the server and overwrites everything on your device.
- A warning will appear—tap Yes to confirm.

Vehicle Options
- Current Vehicle: Shows your assigned vehicle.
- To change it, tap the pencil icon and choose from the list.

Default Screen
- Sets the first page you see after logging in.
- Tap the pencil icon and select from the list.

Job History Option
- Download history: Downloads 5 months‘ worth of job history for quick reference while working.
- Clear up history: Deletes jobs older than 30 days.

Snow Track Option
- Set how far (in miles) the app searches for SnowTrack customers.
- Once you set up a radius here, when you go to the Snowtrack Module, the app will automatically search for customers within the set radius.

Pricebook Options
- Download Images: Loads all Pricebook category and item images to your device.
- Delete Images: Removes all downloaded Pricebook images.

Image and Data Sync Queue
- Shows images and data waiting to sync (large or many images can slow syncing).

Image and Data Sync Queue
- To speed it up, go to Images and tap Sync to force sync so the office can see them immediately.

About the App
Note: Large image uploads (over 20 images or big file sizes) can slow the app.
- Current Version: Shows your app version.
- If an update is available, a notice will appear—tap it to install the latest version.
- Support Contact:
- Tap the phone number to call support.
- Tap the email to send a message to the support team.
- Shows supported operating systems.

Developer Tools (Hidden Menu)
Tap the current version 5 times to unlock:
- Send Database – Save to your phone or email to IndusTrack developers if data/images aren’t syncing.
- Send Crash Log – Save or email crash details to developers for troubleshooting. This is only necessary if you are experiencing an app crash.
- Clear Crash Log – Erase stored crash reports.

Privacy Policy
Opens the IndusTrack Privacy Policy in your browser.

Video Training
Access training videos and guides on the IndusTrack website. It has the process and training in video and written versions. This is useful if you are new to the app or the Onetrack website.

Clear all service information
- Tap the current version 5 times to unlock.
- Tap Clear all service information to remove all stored service data from your device.
