App Settings

How to Access the App Settings

  1. App settings can be accessed by tapping the 3 lines at the top left of your mobile app.
  2. The name of the account or user and the time the app was last synced will be displayed.
  3. This will show you all the modules that you have been given permission to access.
  4. Manual Sync – is located at the top right, it has 2 arrows in a circle shape. You can tap this if you want to manually sync your app to the server and you don’t have to wait for the app to be automatically synced.

Logout – will exit your account from the app and you will have to log in to access your account again.

Tap Settings to view the App Settings.


Settings

Once you have tapped Settings, this will bring you to the settings of the app and will allow you to configure some settings for the app. It will also show the time when the app last got synced.

FULL SYNC – this will get the latest update from the server and overwrite everything on the device. There will be a warning message once you tap full sync, tap Yes to continue.

DELTA SYNC – will pull all the updates/changes from the server and will apply them on the app.


Set Sync Frequency (min)

This will show how often the app will sync to the server. Tap to change the value and NOTE that the minimum is 1 minute.


Vehicle Options

Current Vehicle – this will show what vehicle is currently assigned to you as a Field Employee. You can also change a vehicle here by tapping the current vehicle and choosing from the drop-down.


Default Screen Options

Default Screen – this will set the landing page or primary screen whenever you log in to the app. To change it, tap the current default screen and choose from the list.


Job History Option

Download History – This will download 6 months’ worth of Job History, once this is downloaded when a field employee is working on a job they will be able to see all jobs that were done for the customer within 6 months.

Clear up History – This will delete all jobs older than 30 days.


Snow Track Option

Adjust the customer search radius by miles here for Snow Customer, note that the value here is by Miles.

Once you set up a radius here, when you go to the Snowtrack Module, the app will automatically search for customers within the set radius.


Pricebook Options

Download images – If you have a flat rate pricebook set up on your account, this will download all the Category images, and assembly items images in the mobile app.

Delete Images – This will delete all images from the flat rate pricebook.


Sync Queue

View Sync Queue – When you are attaching a lot of big-size images to jobs, tasks, and equipment. It will slow down the sync process of the images. Thus, all images that have not been synced yet during the initial automatic sync or manual sync will be queued up here.

Click on the View Sync Queue and sync up all the remaining images so office users will be able to see those images from the office side.


About the App

Current Version – the current version of the app will be displayed here. Once a newer version of the app is available to download, a notice will be displayed in this area. Tap that notice to download the latest version.

The support line will be displayed as well. Tap the support phone number to call the support for assistance or inquiry.

Tap the support email address to send an email to the support team.


Privacy Policy

Tapping privacy policy will open a new tab or will open your phone browser and will direct you to Industrack’s website – Privacy Policy.


Video Training

This will show all available training videos on the Industrack website. It has the process and training in video and written versions. This is useful if you are new to the app or the Onetrack website.
