Maintenance and Reminders

Set up reminders for routine vehicle maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and air filter replacements. This helps keep your fleet in good working condition.

Accessing the Maintenance Page

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Vehicle Tracking
3. Click Maintenance & Reminders > Schedule Maintenance

Vehicle Maintenance Schedule Page

This page shows a list of scheduled maintenance tasks for your vehicles. You can also create, edit, or delete schedules here.

Table Columns Explained

• Vehicle ID/Name – Shows the vehicle’s ID and name.
• Service Type – Type of maintenance to be done (e.g., Oil Change).
• Next Maintenance – When the next service is due (date, mileage, or engine hours).
• Interval – How often the service repeats.

How to Use the Table

• Sort – Click any column header to sort the list.
• Filter – Use the search bar to find specific vehicles or services.
• Clear Filter – Click this to remove any filters and view the full list again.
• List Per Page – Choose how many records to view at a time: 25, 50, or 100.
• Page Navigation – Use Previous and Next to switch between pages.

Add a New Maintenance Schedule

Click the + Add New button to create a new maintenance reminder.

Delete a Maintenance Schedule

To remove a schedule:

1. Check the box next to the schedule you want to delete.
2. Click the Delete button (it becomes active once a schedule is selected).
3. Click OK when the confirmation message appears.
