Customer Report
Accessing Customer Reports
To view customer reports:
- Click on the Reports module from the top dashboard.
- On the left panel, click Customer.
- A drop-down menu will appear with two report options:
- Tag Report
- Equipment By Customer

Tag Report
This report displays tags assigned to customers.
How to Access the Tag Report
- Go to the Reports menu at the top.
- Click Customer.
- From the drop-down, select Tag Report.
Tag Report Details
The report includes:
- Tag – Label used for categorization.
- Number – Tag ID.
- Company – Associated organization.
- First / Last – Contact’s first and last name.
- Location – Customer’s service location.
- Phone / Mobile – Contact’s phone numbers.
- Email – Contact’s email address.

Generate Tag Report
- Click Select Tag/s.
- Choose one or multiple tags.
- Click Get Report.
- To export, click the Actions button and select:
- Export to PDF
- Export to Excel
Additional Actions
- Configure Report Columns – Enable or disable specific columns. Uncheck columns you don’t need and click SAVE.
- Schedule Report – Set up an automatic report schedule (refer to the Schedule Report Module).
- Add to Favorites – Frequently used reports can be added to Favorites for quick access. These will appear under the Favorites Tab in the top right of the left panel.
Equipment By Customer Report
This report displays a list of equipment owned or associated with a customer, along with relevant details for each item. For more information, visit the Customer Equipment Guide.
How to Access the Equipment By Customer Report
- Go to the Reports menu at the top.
- Click Customer.
- From the drop-down, select Equipment By Customer.
Equipment Report Details
The report includes:
- Name – Customer’s name.
- Equipment Location – Where the equipment is located.
- Manufacturer – Company that produced the equipment.
- Model – Equipment model.
- Serial Number – Unique identifier.
- Description – Brief equipment details.
- Install Warranty – Warranty period for installation.
- Manufacturer Warranty – Warranty provided by the manufacturer.
- Installation Date – When the equipment was installed.
- Location – Equipment location.
- Notes – Additional comments.

Generate Equipment By Customer Report
- Click Select Customer.
- Choose one customer (only one can be selected at a time).
- Click Get Report.
- To export, click the Actions button and select:
- Export to PDF
- Export to Excel
Customer Contract Expiration Report
This report helps you track customer contracts that are about to expire. It pulls data from the Contracts tab found in each customer’s profile. Both new and existing contracts are included.
How to Open the Report
- Go to the Reports module.
- Click Customer.
- Select Contract Expiration Report from the drop-down menu.
Apply a Filter
Choose one of the following options from the Select Expiring In dropdown:
- All – Shows all contracts.
- Expiring in 30 days
- Expiring in 60 days
- Expiring in 90 days
Note: You can only choose one filter at a time.
Click Get Report to view the results.
Report Columns
The report includes the following details:
- Customer Name – The customer’s name.
- Location – Main customer location.
- Service Location – Where services will be provided.
- Description – Contract details.
- Expiration Date – When the contract ends.
Actions You Can Take
From the Actions menu, you can:
- Export to PDF – Download the report as a PDF.
- Export to Excel – Download the report as a spreadsheet.
- Add to Favorites – Save the report for quick access later.
- Configure Columns – Choose which columns to show or hide in the report.
This makes it easy to stay on top of contract renewals and plan accordingly.
Service Agreement with Multiple Equipment – Contract Expiration Report
- If a service agreement includes more than one piece of equipment, each equipment will appear as a separate entry in the Contract Expiration Report.
