Mobile Maps

Accessing the Map

1. Tap the menu icon (three bars) in the upper-left corner.
2. Select Map from the dashboard.

Map Default Page

The Map has two main tabs:

• Vehicles – View all vehicles and their current status.
• Employees – View all employees and their locations.

Vehicles Tab

On the Vehicles tab, you can see the status of all vehicles and other details.

• Vehicle Icons:
  • Green: Vehicle is en route.
  • Blue: Vehicle is idling.
  • Red: Vehicle is stopped with ignition off.
  • Orange: No device assigned or device issue (contact support if needed).
• Each vehicle icon also displays how long the vehicle has been in its current state.
• Other Options at the Bottom:
  • Map – Shows current locations
  • History – View past routes (only available after selecting a vehicle)
  • Alerts – View safety alerts

Grouped Vehicles Tab

If you have organized vehicles into groups, go to the Grouped tab to view vehicles by group.

Viewing Vehicles on the Map

1. Tap Map to see vehicle locations.
2. Use two fingers to zoom in/out.
3. Use the search bar to find a specific vehicle.

Viewing Vehicles on the Map

1. Tap a vehicle icon to see:
   • Assigned Employee
   • Current Location
   • Arrival Time
   • Speed & Direction
   • Access to History for past routes

Viewing Vehicle History

• History shows the vehicle’s travel path.
• Numbered pins mark stops or idling points.

Viewing Vehicle History

• Tap a pin for details (Vehicle Number, Time, Speed, Direction).
• Tap Clear in the upper-right to remove the trail from the screen.

Viewing Alerts

• Tap Alerts to see safety alerts (e.g., speeding, sharp turns).
• Alerts are based on settings in IndusTrack Web.

Employees Tab

On the Employees tab, you can view the status and location of employees.

Employee List:

• Shows each employee’s current status.
• To view their location, select the Map tab.
• Note: Location tracking starts when they tap Start Shift or Start Job.

Grouped View:

• View employees by group on the Grouped tab.
• Tap Map to see their locations.
• Note: Location tracking starts when they tap Start Shift or Start Job.

Viewing an Employee’s Location:

• Tap Map to view the current location of a specific employee.
• Use the search bar to find an employee.
• Tap their icon to see exact location on the map.
• Zoom in/out with two fingers.
