Users Report

The Users Report helps you track when office users log into the system.

How to Access the Users Report

  1. Click on the Reports module from the top dashboard.
  2. In the left panel, select Users<User Login History Log.

What’s in the Users Report?

  • User – The name of the office user who logged in.
  • Logged In – The date and time the user accessed the system.

How to Generate the Report:

  1. Select a User.
  2. Choose a date range:
    • Pick a start and end date manually, OR
    • Click on a preset option: Yesterday, Today, Last Week, This Week, Last Month, or This Month.
  3. Click Get Report to view the results.

📅 Users Report – Date Range Limit

When generating a Users Report, please note:

You cannot select a date range longer than 3 months.

If you try to run the report for a period greater than 3 months, the system will block it and the report will not generate.

✅ What You Can Do

  • To view data beyond 3 months, run multiple reports in smaller date ranges (e.g., Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun).
  • Make sure each report covers no more than 90 days at a time.
