Link eMails to Office User Accounts

Office User accounts can be linked to different Email platforms.

To be able to set up email integration, create and save the user account first.

To start the integration open the user profile in edit mode and go to the Email tab.

Link GOOGLE Account 

Go to the Google option. A confirmation notice will come up. Select OK to continue.

Provide Industrack access to the Google account by setting “allow less secure apps” to “ON.”

Key in the Gmail login credentials on the provided fields and Save.

Link OFFICE 365 Account 

Go to the Office 365 option. Same with the Google option, a confirmation notice will come up. Select OK to continue.

Key in the Office 365 login credentials and Save.

Link Other IMAP/SMTP Connection  

Go to the Other IMAP/SMTP Connection option. Same with the Google and Office 365 options, a confirmation notice will come up. Select OK to continue.

Key in either the IMAP Connection Information or SMTP Connection Information and Save.
